FAQ
Will I have to get on the floor?
First Aid is a practical course by nature so yes, there will be occasions where you will be required to kneel on the floor. For example when demonstrating CPR.

We do ask that when booking the flooring of your venue is taken into consideration for your comfort.
What is the maximum number per course?
The maximum number of trainees for each course is set by awarding bodies not us. The ratio maximum is 12:1.
If you have more than 12 trainees that need training then you would need to book 2 separate courses. These can be on the same day as you would have 2 instructors.
Do your paediatric courses meet Ofsted requirements?
Yes. Our Paediatric course, including blended learning meet and exceed the criteria set by Ofsted and the EYFS. We constantly monitor the guidelines to ensure that all information and changes are made swiftly.
I can only do 1 day of a 2 day course can I still attend?
Yes, you can still attend, however you will NOT receive your certification. The learning hours are required to be completed in full, and this is a requirement of the HSE & our awarding body.
